Money Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Standard Guarantee
The following conditions apply to all courses regardless of any additional money back guarantee we may offer:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the course you have registered for then you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act of 2000 as amended from time to time (“the Distance Regulations”). That right is included in the following summary:
(a) To cancel before the course registered for has been started please contact us in writing, ideally by e-mail, as soon as possible and we will refund the price paid for the course less a fixed processing fee of NGN5,000.
(b) To cancel within the 7 Days before you have resumed the course registered for, contact us in writing, ideally by e-mail, as soon as possible we will refund you the original price paid for the courses less a fixed processing fee of NGN5,000.;
(c) If you have started the course registered for, then the refund policy is voided at this point what we can do for you is to offer you an alternative course at the same price range with the one registered for, contact us in writing, ideally by e-mail, as soon as possible.
Where you properly cancel your study program and return any material as requested, a refund will be provided within 14 working days of cancellation and receipt of returned material. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
